Jinan, capital of East China's Shandong province, recently received approval to build a national human resource service industrial park, which will be the second of its kind in Shandong.

The Jinan Human Resource Service Industrial Park covers the Jinan Central Business District, Lixia district, and the Jinan Innovation Zone and has an area of 200,000 square meters.

The park currently is home to 81 world-renowned human resource service agencies, including Shanghai Foreign Service Group, Renlian Group, and Renrui Human Resource Technology Holdings. It has earned 27.9 billion yuan ($4.31 billion) in accumulated revenue.

In recent years, Shandong's human resource service industry has seen rapid development, and the annual growth rate of its industrial output exceeded 26 percent, higher than China's overall growth rate in the same period. The province has formed a professional, market-oriented, industrialized, and diversified human resource service system.
