On May 28, the 2024 Shandong-Hong Kong-Macao Youth Entrepreneurs Exchange Conference was held in the Hong Kong.

The event was aimed at deepening cooperation and exchanges among young entrepreneurs from East China's Shandong province and the Hong Kong and Macao, contributing to the creation of a new frontier for opening-up.

More than 80 leaders from youth organizations in Hong Kong and Macao, along with a number of outstanding young entrepreneurs, participated in the conference.

In her address, Zhang Shumin, deputy head of the United Front Work Department of Shandong Provincial Committee of CPC, emphasized that the conference marked a significant step toward deepening exchanges and cooperation among Shandong, Hong Kong and Macao.

She expressed hope that more young people from Hong Kong and Macao will choose Shandong, continuously deepening cooperation in various fields such as capital, technology, market and management, fostering consensus and leading toward a shared revitalization.

During the conference, the Shandong-Hong Kong-Macao Youth Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center was established, and the Shandong Youth Entrepreneurs Association signed cooperation agreements with four young entrepreneur organizations from Hong Kong and Macao to establish a mechanism for regular cooperation and exchanges.
