"The upgraded equipment can increase productivity by 7 to 10 percent, the on-time delivery rate can be increased to more than 10 percent, and the production research and development cycle can be accelerated by about 15 percent," said Zhang Jiguo, president of Polygrace Group.
Leather, for example, generally goes through seven or eight processes of spray treatment, which directly affects the product quality. In the past, most of the production processes relied on manual operations and were difficult to accurately control.
Thanks to the application of the industrial internet, the operation parameters, material consumption and output information in the production process are monitored and controlled in real time, and the quality and efficiency of products have been greatly improved.
