The magnolias in Baotu Spring Park in Jinan, capital of East China's Shandong province, are currently in full bloom with the arrival of spring, attracting hordes of tourists to come and admire them. There are nearly a hundred magnolias trees planted there. The vivid flowers can be seen besides the Baixue Tower, Spring Museum and in Wanzhuyuan garden. Ancient architecture, fragrant magnolias and gurgling water fountains offer visitors a fantastic visual and natural sounds experience. In general, magnolias bloom in early March and their flowering period only lasts 10-15 days, which is quite a short time for enthusiasts to enjoy them.
