Rural workshops provide jobs for the poor

Print PrintHeze city in Shandong province has established more than 3,000 workshops and plants in its rural areas to provide jobs for those left behind and increase their incomes.
The work in these poverty alleviation workshops is unskilled and the work hours are flexible.
A total of 37,000 villagers are currently working in the workshops, mainly involved in the production of clothing, footwear and electronic accessories.
