This year's forum will bring together experts, scholars, and representatives of various sectors from China and abroad to exchange ideas, build consensuses, and deepen cooperation, with the aim of promoting cultural exchange and mutual learning between China and the world.

The main forum will feature keynote speeches, roundtable discussions, and a book launch. Heze's "Peonies Overseas Initiative" will also be promoted on-site, including the Bulgarian Peony Garden Construction Project and the Peony Culture Overseas Communication Station Project (Malacca Station Project).

During the forum, a series of immersive, peony-related activities will be offered to participating guests, experts, and scholars.

Heze peonies have been exported globally since the 1950s. Nowadays, they account for more than 70 percent of the global peony seed and seedling trade volume.

The 2024 Heze Peony International Communication Forum promises to be a fruitful gathering, fostering cross-cultural dialogue and promoting shared prosperity.
