In a collaborative effort, Pošta Srbije, the Serbian postal service, and the Belgrade China Cultural Center have announced an annual issuance of two sets of Chinese culture-themed stamps.

The ceremony at the cultural center marked the debut of "Serbia-China: 10 Years of the Belt and Road Initiative" and "China's World Cultural and Natural Heritage" stamps.

The Belt and Road Initiative stamps are the fruit of the successive work of Belgrade China Cultural Center and Serbian copper mining workers, while the heritage-oriented set showcases China's UNESCO-listed mountains on stamps and covers. During the ceremony, the Serbian postal service presented the set to the cultural center.

Zhang Zhe, Charge d'Affaires ad interim of the Chinese Embassy in Serbia, addressed the gathering, highlighting the enduring bilateral friendship, shared interests, and robust cooperation. He emphasized the significance of 2023 as the 10th anniversary of the Belt and Road Initiative, with Serbia being an early and vital participant.
