Nanshan Holdings, originally established as a small factory in 1978, has become a significant player in the global arena. Since its involvement in Indonesia through the Belt and Road Initiative, the company has emerged as a key contributor to local job opportunities. With a workforce of 3,000 Indonesians, the group is fostering strong connections between Chinese and Indonesian communities. 

What's more, an increasing number of Indonesian employees are learning the Chinese language and actively engaging with their Chinese counterparts in work, leisure activities and shared meals. This collaborative effort is not only strengthening business ties but also promoting cultural exchange, enriching the relationship between the two nations.
