A promotional exhibition dubbed "Friendly Shandong, Good Shandong Products" and a meeting on cooperation and exchanges between enterprises in Shandong and Samarkand were held on Sept 6 in Samarkand, Uzbekistan.

Organized by the Information Office of the Shandong Provincial People's Government, the event attracted over 150 guests from both China and other countries to gather in the ancient city of Samarkand to renew their friendship and discuss future cooperation.

The exhibition is divided into several sections, including an audio-visual area titled "Sino-Ukraine Friendship: Eternal Reflections", a "Shandong Intelligent Manufacturing" area, a place to sample gourmet food and tea from this coastal Chinese province, an area exploring Shandong's exquisite handcrafts, and an area to discover the literary heritage of Shandong.
