Boutu Bateriki, Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kiribati, led a delegation to Liaocheng Vocational and Technical College on March 12.

The delegation learned about the school's operational characteristics, its international school achievements, and the future development plans of Liaocheng Vocational and Technical College.

Bateriki expressed hope that Liaocheng Vocational and Technical College will further deepen communications and exchanges with Kiribati schools, as well as carry out broader and deeper cooperation.

Since the signing of the friendly cooperation agreement between the Kiribati Institute of Technology and Liaocheng Vocational and Technical College in 2021, the two sides have made breakthroughs in vocational and technical education cooperation, as well as in the joint development of teaching resources in both Chinese and English.

This visit by Bateriki will play a positive role in promoting school exchanges and the joint development of Chinese plus vocational skills programs.
