The 9th Jinan International Open Winter Spring Swimming Competition, which was suspended last year due to COVID-19, took place on March 27 in Jinan, capital of East China's Shandong province.

The event was held both online and offline and swimmers from outside Shandong province, as well as countries such as Russia, England, Finland, and Latvia, participated in the competition via online channels.

Jointly hosted by the Shandong Sports Bureau and Jinan municipal government, the event, now in its ninth year, has gained a strong international reputation. It provides swimming enthusiasts with a chance to enjoy the beauty of Jinan.
