Six projects signed to promote Jinan, Japan cooperation

Print PrintA symposium focusing on industrial cooperation and exchange between Shandong and Japan was held online in Jinan, capital Shandong province, Tokyo and Osaka on July 30.
The event shed light on the current economic development situation in Shandong and Japan and promoted the development of industries, industrial parks, and key projects on both sides.
More than 2,000 Chinese and Japanese companies participated via online and offline channels.
A total of 17 high-quality projects were signed at the conference focusing on the fields of biomedicine, high-tech materials, high-end manufacturing, and international education. Six projects from Jinan were signed, including three biomedical projects.
The conference is a part of the "Dialogue with Shandong – Japan · Shandong Industrial Cooperation and Exchange" event which started on July 30 and will last until Sept 30.
The two-month event aims to deepen exchange and cooperation between Shandong and Japan and enhance multi-level, long-term cooperation among local governments.
