A conference on cooperation between the cities of Jinan and Liaocheng was held in Jinan, Shandong province, on July 21. It was meant to promote the development of the Shandong provincial capital economic circle.

At the conference, Jinan and Liaocheng signed a strategic cooperation agreement on integrated development.

Pingyin county, Jinan and Dong'e county, Liaocheng also signed an agreement on strategic cooperation for integrated development.

Sun Licheng, Party secretary of Jinan, said that the integrated development of the provincial capital economic circle will play a key role in the promotion of regional coordinated development in Shandong.

Jinan and Liaocheng enjoy close ties in many fields and have a solid foundation for cooperation. Next, the two cities plan to discuss their cooperation in more detail, said Sun Licheng.

Sun Aijun, Party secretary of Liaocheng, said that this is a great opportunity for Liaocheng to achieve high-quality development by integrating into the provincial economic circle.

Liaocheng will work to bolster cooperation with Jinan in industrial development, project construction, and social services.

Cooperation between the two cities is expected to accelerate the development of the Shandong provincial capital economic circle.
