Sitrak, a high-end brand owned by China National Heavy Duty Truck Group (Sinotruk), saw its 5,000th truck roll off the production line on March 31, marking a new monthly production record for the company.

Sinotruk, China's largest producer of heavy-duty trucks, has implemented a multi-brand strategy to strengthen its competitiveness in segment markets and has developed four brands - Sitrak, Howo, Steyr and Hohan - to serve the various markets.

Sitrak is one of Sinotruk's leading high-end brands and has made more sales than any other of the company's brands since its launch in 2013.

A complete quality traceability system has been installed on Sitrak's production line for commercial vehicles in order to better monitor the assembly process of each vehicle and create a video footprint of each vehicle's production.

Sitrak also offers strong after-sales services. In 2019, the sales department launched campaigns to offer free inspection services for more than 4,000 of its trucks and offer feedback to customers.

In 2019, Sitrak's sales increased by 14 percent year on year and its vehicles were used for things like fire emergency rescue, television communication, and hazardous chemical transportation.
