Intl students in Shandong receive online lessons

A number of universities in Shandong province are holding online classes to help international students continue with their studies during the virus outbreak.
For example, international students in a Chinese language master degree’s program at Shandong Normal University have formed a QQ chat group for teachers and students to discuss Chinese language learning.
The School of International Education at Shandong Polytechnic College also established a teaching team specializing in online teaching to design an online curriculum focusing both on Chinese language learning and the respective majors of international students.
Jining Medical University initially planned for four weeks of online teaching for its international students.
Courses that cannot be held on the internet, such as physical education and topographic anatomy, will be dealt with after the official start of the semester.
Liaocheng University focused on providing psychological counseling services for international students while holding online lessons. The university hopes that this will help them better cope with the current situation emotionally.
China University of Petroleum (East China) is relying on QQ and WeChat groups to provide online lessons for international students.
