Hu, a nurse from Pingyi county in Shandong’s Linyi city, is a member of the second support team from Shandong. She has 17 years of work experience.

“There are over 60 patients in our department and we treat them as if they are our own relatives, doing our best to satisfy their daily needs,” Hu said, “I always tell them that the current crisis is only temporary and that victory is imminent.”

“Despite the hard work, we feel it is all worth it when we get the patients’ admiration and respect. Our greatest wish is that our compatriots in Huanggang recover soon.”

Huanggang is receiving pairing support from Shandong and Hunan provinces in the fight against the epidemic, as directed by the National Health Commission.
