For Oleg Berezhnykh, a reporter at Russia and China magazine, this is the second time he's covered the SCO summit held in China.

"Now the number of the members of the SCO has increased, for me it's very interesting to know how they will work together and how they will make common decisions. I am very interested in knowing what President Xi Jinping will say in his speech during the opening ceremony," Berezhnykh said.

As a Russian reporter, Berezhnykh writes many stories on the integration of Central Asian countries. It's also interesting to learn about the summit's decisions on economic integration, he added.
