Shandong Zhoucun Shaobing Co Ltd, a Chinese time-honored brand, and Rokashi GmbH, a German company specializing in food processing and catering services, signed a preliminary agreement for potential collaboration during an exchange activity on Sept 7.

Zhoucun shaobing, also known as Zhoucun bucket baked rolls, is a traditional snack that originated in Zhoucun district, Zibo city, Shandong province.
During the visit, the Rokashi GmbH delegation toured the Zhoucun Shaobing Museum and discussed food processing, sales, and distribution.
The Rokashi GmbH team also observed how bucket baked rolls are made.
Zhang Zhaohai, chairman of Zhoucun Shaobing Co Ltd, shared the history and cultural significance of Zhoucun bucket baked rolls and left a deep impression on the Rokashi GmbH delegation.
