The Zibo Ceramic and Glass Museum recently launched a series of cultural and creative ice creams and pastries, inspired by some of its most prized exhibits.
These aim to allow visitors to celebrate and learn about its artifacts while devouring the gastronomic treats.
The museum's creative pastries currently come in the form of a swan-shaped pastry, a bianzhong (set of chime bells) variety of pastry and celadon lotus pot pastry. They're filled with either a sweet bean paste or a peach filling.
The inspiration for the swan-shaped pastry comes from the magnificent swan-shaped glass exhibits at the Zibo Ceramic and Glass Museum, which originally went on show at a State banquet. [Photo/zbnews.net]
