A delegation of 20 political leaders from Tanzania, Ethiopia, and Seychelles embarked on a visit to Zibo city in Shandong province from April 25 to 26.
The delegation was received by city leaders and toured local enterprises and universities during their stay.
During the visit, Omari Juma KIPANGA, deputy minister of the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology of Tanzania, and John Thomas LESPERANCE, permanent secretary of the Ministry of Education of Seychelles, expressed their willingness to exchange and cooperate with Zibo in the fields of vocational skills training, talent cultivation, and overseas education.
In addition, the delegation visited Shandong Rhein Technology Equipment Co Ltd and SHINVA Medical Equipment Co Ltd, and learned about the development history and main products of these enterprises. They also toured the training centers and production workshops of these companies.
The delegation then visited the Zibo Vocational Institute and learned about the school's professional training programs for paper cutting, tea art, and traditional Chinese medical techniques.
