The scenic spot is built in the Han Dynasty (206 BC-220) architecture style, with nine stories boasting a floor space of 11,642 square meters and a height of 67 meters.
Visitors can take in sweeping views of the city to be had from the pavilion.
Inside it is Zhongshuge, noted as one of China's most appealing bookstores. It has attracted widespread attention for its integration of local classical elements – such as Qi culture and ceramics – and imaginative reading spaces.
