Gaoqing county – administered by Zibo city, East China's Shandong province – was promoted at the Belarus Videbsk Cooperation Symposium on Dec 2, held on an online video conference.
The county also signed a memorandum of friendly cooperation with Braslav city located in Vitebsk region in East Europe. It is the first area to have that status with Gaoqing.
