The Zichuan district of Zibo city - located in East China's Shandong province - has rolled out a raft of comprehensive measures in recent years to continuously improve its river environment, as well as coastal landscape management.
The result has been to present its fortunate locals with a significantly improved wildlife population and ecosystem.
