The launching ceremony for the 2022 Heze International Youth Exchange Event kicked off at Heze University in East China's Shandong province on May 10, and students from China and the Philippines shared their leaning skills, made friendships, and appreciated the traditional cultures from the two countries via a video link.

Seven student representatives from Heze University, the University of the Philippines, and St. Dominic College of Asia shared and exchanged local customs, food culture, and historical and cultural connections between China and the Philippines, which helped to strengthen their friendship, increase mutual confidence, and broaden the students' international vision.

Heze's debut of the Heze Global Youth Partnership Program began with the 2022 Heze International Youth Exchange Event. The city's foreign affairs office will set up more communication and exchange platforms for the city's young people in the future in order to conduct more exchange activities with international students, according to local authorities.

Efforts will also be made to enhance the implementation of the Heze Global Youth Partnership Program and to strengthen academic exchange cooperation with countries such as Malaysia, the Republic of Belarus, and South Korea.
