A wide range of colorful intangible cultural heritage shows were launched in Rongcheng, East China's Shandong province to welcome traditional Chinese festivals such as the upcoming Spring Festival and the Lantern Festival.

Dragon and lion dances, haozi songs (a type of folk music sung to synchronize boatmen), yangko (a folk-style Chinese dance), and drum performances were staged to entertain visitors.

Rongcheng has rich cultural resources with a long history, including one national intangible cultural heritage item and 12 provincial ones.
