Geng Tao, male, Han nationality, born in November 1965, a holder of a bachelor's degree of laws and a Party member, serves as a member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Qingdao Municipal Committee, vice-mayor and a member of the leading Party members group of the Qingdao Municipal People's Government, and secretary of Qingdao National Hi-tech Industrial Development Zone Party Working Committee.
