A delegation of five people from the British Harris Education started a two-day visit to Jiaozhou, Qingdao on Feb 20 for the purpose of carrying out Sino-British educational exchanges.

The delegation conducted on-site visits to schools including Shandong Jiaozhou No 1 Middle School and Jiaozhou No 6 Pilot Primary School.

A Sino-British Educational Exchange Conference was held on Feb 21, during which the Moorland School, Hulme Grammar School, and LVS Ascot Independent School discussed topics such as campus environment, school characteristics, curriculum design, and international exchange with local schools in Jiaozhou.

Jiaozhou plans to establish a new cooperative platform and framework to facilitate educational exchanges with more countries, striving to cultivate students who possess a strong sense of national identity and an international perspective.
