RCEP food, beverage expo held in Qingdao
The RCEP International Food and Beverage Digital Expo was held from June 27 to 29 in Qingdao, Shandong province, gathering more than 2,000 domestic and foreign enterprises via online and offline channels.

More than 10,000 exhibits were displayed at the expo, which attracted over 150,000 visitors.
Six high-level professional-themed forums were held during the expo. Domestic and foreign industry experts and scholars, well-known entrepreneurs, and executives of leading industry enterprises were invited to conduct dialogues from multiple dimensions, such as technology, business model, and application scenario, to help exhibitors gain insight, share industry dynamics, and explore development paths.

Targeting the forefront of the food and beverage industry, the expo aims to build an international cooperation platform for Chinese and foreign enterprises to interact, expand import and export trade, and further enable high-quality industrial development.
The food and beverage industry is one of the 24 vital industrial chains in Qingdao and a traditionally advantageous industry worth more than 100 billion yuan ($13.82 billion). Local officials said the expo would create broader development opportunities for Qingdao's food and beverage industry.
