Qingdao recently rolled out a host of policies and measures to accelerate the high-quality development of cross-border e-commerce, which cover six areas such as talent cultivation, public overseas warehouses construction, and optimizing the city's cross-border e-commerce ecosystem.
To cultivate competitive provincial-level cross-border e-commerce entities, a maximum reward of 500,000 yuan ($72,650) will be given to cross-border key e-commerce platforms and industrial parks.
A maximum reward of 100,000 yuan will be granted once to cross-border e-commerce export platform enterprises that open overseas sub-websites or independent pages (websites for overseas consumers) with an annual cross-border e-commerce export scale that exceeds 20 million yuan.
The main construction enterprises that are awarded the provincial-level key cultivation of public overseas warehouses in 2022 will be given a maximum reward of 1 million yuan.
Enterprises or park operation entities that have set up cross-border e-commerce public warehouses and have been operating for more than one year can apply for financial support.
