The China (Shandong) Pilot Free Trade Zone Qingdao Area, or Qingdao FTZ, is transforming old industrial areas into smart parks. It is building the C'Station project, which is its first urban renewal and regeneration project that was launched under a three-year citywide protection and redevelopment campaign.
