Qingdao's per capita disposable income rises

The per capita disposable income in Qingdao, Shandong province reached 51,223 yuan (about $8,052) in 2021, up 8.6 percent year-on-year.
The per capita disposable income of urban residents in the city was 60,239 yuan, up 7.8 percent year-on-year, while the per capita disposable income of rural residents was 26,125 yuan, up 10.4 percent year-on-year.
In 2021, the per capita wage income of Qingdao residents was 30,491 yuan, up 8.6 percent year-on-year, accounting for 59.5 percent of the per capita disposable income, driving up the increase in residents' incomes by 5.1 percentage points.
The per capita net operating income of Qingdao residents was 9,701 yuan, up 10 percent year-on-year, while the per capita net property income of Qingdao residents was 4,319 yuan, up 7.8 percent year-on-year.
