A retrospective look at Qingdao new airport
It has been more than four years since construction began on Qingdao Jiaodong International Airport, which has turned the formerly barren land into a shining "super starfish".
Let's take a look back on the construction of the airport, which has sprung up from nothing over the past four years.

The terminal building is under construction in 2017. The new airport, located approximately 39 kilometers northwest of Qingdao, is expected to serve 35 million passengers by 2025 and 55 million by 2045. [Photo/guanhai.com.cn]
