Qingdao Museum has begun offering online exhibitions through its official website, WeChat account and Weibo account. The museum has been closed since Jan 24 due to the outbreak of novel coronavirus pneumonia.

The museum also launched a virtual exhibition hall online, which includes six themed exhibitions of Qingdao's culture and history and offers text introductions and voice explanations.

According to the museum, it will launch more online services such as lectures on traditional culture and history, as well as high-quality image shows of its collections.
