Qingdao Rural Commercial Bank (青岛农商银行), founded on June 28, 2012, is a joint-stock commercial bank which was restructured on the basis of the former Qingdao Rural Credit Cooperatives (rural cooperative bank) and approved by the State Council and China Banking Regulatory Commission. It is also the first city-level rural commercial bank in Shandong province.

Since its reorganization, Qingdao Rural Commercial Bank has been dedicated to the goal of becoming a first-class modern commercial bank with local characteristics, and acted as the main bank for helping the municipal Party committee and municipal government to implement the strategy of overall planning of all regions and integrated development of urban and rural areas.
