In addition, Qufu launched a series of national-level competitions in cultivating talents for cultural relic restoration. During the consecutive contests, the city highlighted over 10 national and provincial-level artisans, making it an important base for vocational education and training related to national cultural relics protection.

Currently, the city has cultivated more than 1,100 professional and technical personnel of all kinds to promote the construction and training of technical and management teams for national cultural relic protection projects.
