Shantui Construction Machinery Co, which is also known as Shantui, serves as a pivotal powerhouse in the manufacturing sector of the Jining high-tech zone. The company has been working to boost innovation-powered development in order to make the company a real industry leader.

Shantui sold its first high horsepower bulldozer in 2018, following in the footsteps of Caterpillar and Komatsu to become the third company who can produce such a machine.

Shantui currently has reached a world-class level by mastering shock absorption and noise reduction technology. In 2021, Shantui's high horsepower bulldozer share in the global market increased by 2.6 percent, and its sales volume reached 65 units.

To become more innovative, Shantui has infused 5G technology and intelligent control technology into its high horsepower bulldozer production, which attracted much attention at the 2021 China 5G+ Industrial Internet Conference.

With technology constantly being innovated, Shantui has gradually increased its market share. According to Song Runzhou, a product manager from Shantui, orders for high horsepower bulldozers in the first half of this year reached 92 units and the company's global market share is expected to increase by 26 percent next year.

Jining has one of China's most developed manufacturing industry industrial chains. Shantui has 132 suppliers that are located in Jining, which has greatly enhanced the efficiency and innovation of its products.
