Jining National High-tech Industrial Development Zone, which is located in Jining, East China's Shandong province, is building high-end apartments in an effort to attract outstanding talents and entrepreneurs.

The project, known as Jining High-tech Zone International Talent Harbor, is one of the zone's major projects. It is expected to provide 760 apartments and large parking lots for talents who work in the zone's high-tech industries after construction is completed. A square for residents to enjoy leisure activities will be included to improve the community's living environment.

According to Wei Wei, manager of the project, the construction of the apartments is currently progressing smoothly and is expected to be finished by September 2023. The local government, contractors, and other concerned parties have set up a special team to help solve problems with the project's construction.
