A group of 25 high-end equipment manufacturers based in Jining, East China's Shandong province grabbed the spotlight at the 2021 Changsha International Construction Equipment Exhibition, with nearly 100 million yuan worth of agreements secured.

The exhibition, which was held in Changsha, Central China's Hunan province from May 19 to 22, was a large-scale event in the construction equipment industry, spanning 300,000 square meters of exhibition area.

Exhibitors from Jining showcased their top products and solutions at indoor or outdoor booths. Two launch events were also held. At the expo, Shantui Construction Machinery Co exhibited a variety of its leading products, such as bulldozers and steamrollers.

It was estimated that nearly 100 million yuan ($15.71 million) worth of agreements were secured during the expo. More sales agreements valued at 1 billion yuan in total were expected to be confirmed after the event.

To enhance exchanges and cooperation between companies, the Jining bureau of industry and information technology organized a meeting on May 19 that attracted 20 companies in Jining, as well as 12 from Changsha and other cities. The bureau also invited non-local enterprises, including Changsha-based HNAC Technology Co, to visit Jining at another meeting held on May 20.
