Jining Innovation Valley Development Group, a state-owned enterprise sponsored by the administration committee of Jining National High-tech Industrial Development Zone in Jining, East China's Shandong province, secured three agreements to attract and better serve international talents at a signing ceremony held on March 5.

The three projects contain a talent incubator, a solid phase peptide synthesis laboratory, and a health services center.

Set up by the group and the Lyon-based France-China Incubator Association, the incubator will help French international students turn their research in the sectors of biomedicine, smart manufacturing, as well as information technology into practice. The two institutions also established an offshore innovation center in the development zone.

According to Li Bing, director of the group, Jining plans to initiate more programs to attract overseas talents, bring in a social organization of international students, and build a serviced apartment for talents in 2021.
