Jining speeds up administrative examination, approval process
Jining in East China's Shandong province has been making increased efforts to accelerate and streamline the administrative process for companies, local media outlets reported.
A number of measures have been adopted to address common problems in program construction and improve efficiency, said He Ping, deputy director of the bureau of administrative examination and approval of Jining High-Tech Industrial Development Zone.
According to He, an administrative process engaging two or more authorities is now simultaneously dealt with by all involved departments instead of one by one.
A new mechanism to help applicants who do not have all necessary documents on hand is also available. After signing a letter of commitment, they can go ahead with the process for the moment and submit the missing documents later.
Due to these efforts, a testing center in Shengdi Electric Intelligent Industrial Park, which is located in the zone, started operating three months ahead of schedule.
Online services serve as another important driver behind the improvement of administrative efficiency. The local authorities now provide one-stop services through online platforms, such as the "Love Shandong" app, so that people can complete required administrative steps more quickly and conveniently .
To date, 1,088 services, accounting for 97.54 percent of the total, are available on these platforms, said He Ai'min, an official at the Jining bureau of administrative examination and approval.
