Jining Yucai Middle School, which was founded in 1995, is a State-owned high school directly under the Jining bureau of education.

There are currently 397 faculty and staff, 75 classes and more than 3,600 students.

In 2018, the school was successively conferred with the appellations: a National Advanced Unit for the Establishment of Civilized Campus, an Advanced School for Educating and Teaching in Jining High School, the 2018 Advanced Unit for Air Force Recruitment in Shandong Province, as well as the Advanced School for Air Force Pilot Training in Jining City.

Four well-known colleges and universities, such as the University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, have settled their "excellent students' resource base" in the school.
