The burgeoning flower industry in Dongying city — located in East China's Shandong province — has made remarkable progress.
Shandong Shuangfu Flower Co Ltd, based in Dongying, has achieved a significant milestone in the flower world with its new phalaenopsis variety — called the "Fen Zuan".
It received international cultivar registration and certification recently from the world-renowned Royal Horticultural Society or RHS in the United Kingdom, which was founded in 1804.

The prestigious recognition is said to highlight the variety's exceptional qualities and the company's leading breeding expertise, marking a significant step forward for Chinese phalaenopsis brands on the global stage.

Its products are available in over 20 Chinese provinces and exported to more than 10 countries — including Japan, South Korea, Russia and those in Southeast Asia — making Shuangfu a prominent Chinese brand in the global flower market.
