The first ever Yellow River Estuary Cycling Competition started from the Dongying Library on Aug 25.
Nearly 350 cyclists from across China participated in the event. The 160-kilometer route began at Dongying Library and passed through several attractions, including the Yellow River Estuary Tourist Area, Jinni Bay, Zhiqing Town, Red Beach Wetland Tourism Area, Minfeng Lake, and Guangli River Forest Wetland Park.
Participants rode through the expansive Yellow River Delta wetlands and experienced Dongying's unique saline-alkali landscape, gaining a deep appreciation for its natural beauty.
