The 2025 Linyi Trade City Quality Product (Uzbekistan) Expo is being held from May 11 to 13, injecting new vitality into the cooperation between the two sides and serving as a testament to the effectiveness of the Belt and Road Initiative. 

Uzbekistan is a key market in Central Asia and a close cooperation partner of China, offering a large market for Linyi products in recent years.

In 2024, the total value of Linyi's trade with Kazakhstan reached 970 million yuan ($134.45 million). From January to March 2025, total trade was 220 million yuan. Major exports include loaders, excavators, road rollers, rubber tires, roasted peanuts, and melon seeds. Main imports include wheat, bran, and more.
