The 137th Canton Fair, held in three phases in Guangzhou from April 15 to May 5, featured 95 companies from Tai'an, East China's Shandong province. These companies participated with 123 booths showcasing various industries such as hardware, machinery, and new materials.

Focused on demonstrating the city's new quality productive forces, these enterprises highlighted the strength and appeal of "Made in Tai'an", attracting considerable attention from global buyers.

One notable exhibit was the rope net from Ropenet Group, which received numerous inquiries from visitors.

"Our newly developed UHMWPE composite rope boasts a 15 percent increase in strength, superior flexibility, a 30 percent longer lifespan, and features such as high strength, lightweight, corrosion resistance, and low elongation. Traditional steel wire ropes are prone to rust and cumbersome to operate, but our product addresses these issues," said the company's technical director.

On the first day of the fair, Ropenet Group secured a 5 million yuan ($687,910) order from a port management authority in the Middle East. Clients also visited their facilities for further discussions and cooperation details.

Established in 2019, Shandong Kewei Robot in Tai'an has quickly become a leading domestic industrial robotics manufacturer, attracting a steady stream of potential clients to their booth.

"We are seeing over 100 customers visit our booth daily, most of whom are serious prospects, with many expressing preliminary interest. Our clientele spans multiple countries in Southeast Asia, Europe, and South America, showing keen interest in our competitive products," said the company's CEO.

Specializing in a full range of handling and stacking robots, Shandong Kewei Robot’s products are widely adopted in various production processes, enjoying popularity both domestically and internationally. The company has established a collaborative production base and aims to achieve an annual export value of 100 million yuan.
