Weifang's kite-making, a nationally recognized intangible cultural heritage item, is famous for its vibrant designs, blending art and functionality. Guo sponsored 35 handcrafted kites and shared the history and crafting techniques of Weifang kites with 40 Swedish participants online. Simplified methods allowed attendees to take a hand-on approach, crafting their own kites with ease.

The event bridged cultures through art and tradition, with attendees expressing excitement for a spring reunion when they can fly their handcrafted kites together.
