The World Conference of Classics is happening in Beijing from Nov 6 to 8. On Nov 3, the "Exploring China: Impressions of Qilu" initiative, one of the conference's activities, commenced in Jinan, Shandong province. Distinguished scholars from countries like Greece, Russia, and the USA are currently exploring Jinan and Qufu.

Theodora Antonopoulou, director of the Department of Linguistics at the University of Athens and professor of Byzantine Literature, aims to foster strong ties with Chinese universities.
