A photo exhibition and city promotional event of Jinan took place at the Suwon Convention Center in Gyeonggi-do, South Korea on Sept 12.

In his opening remarks, Lee Pil Geun, chairman of the Suwon Convention Center, noted that since Suwon and Jinan established their sister city relationship in 1993, he had visited Jinan multiple times as a government official. He shared his admiration for iconic sites like Baotu Spring, Daming Lake, and Qifeng Bridge. He highlighted the Jinan government's dedication to preserving its historical, cultural, and natural landscapes, as well as the significant urban development that has taken place.

Many attendees from Suwon commented that the exhibition gave them a glimpse of Jinan through its mountains, rivers, and rich history, which reminded them of their own Suwon.

They expressed a strong desire to visit attractions like Baotu Spring and Wangfu Pool when they get the chance to travel to China.
