During the event, Wan Ting, director of the China International Cultural Exchange Center, said that the center and the Shandong Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism have jointly launched a series of activities under an international promotion event titled "Confucius Culture", which will last nearly a month, focusing on boosting Confucian culture in collaboration with mainstream social and cultural institutions across 10 key countries.

Wan emphasized that the "Confucius Culture" initiative is characterized by its extensive international reach and the combined online-offline promotional model. By working with local mainstream societies and cultural organizations, the event aims to deepen the global promotion of Confucian culture, integrating it into the broader cultural landscape worldwide.

"Confucian culture, as a quintessential representation and important symbol of traditional Chinese culture, plays a crucial role in bringing Chinese culture to the world," Wan noted.

"Through these activities, we hope people will gain a deeper understanding of Confucius and Chinese culture, and that we will achieve our long-term goals of disseminating our culture and attracting tourists."
