The call of the sea can be heard once more. As the annual fishing moratorium lifts, Shandong's fishing fleet is setting sail for the bountiful waters of the Yellow Sea and Bohai Sea.

With engines roaring and horns blaring, the vessels are eager to cast their nets and haul in the day's catch. Soon, fresh seafood will make its way from the ocean to dining tables across Shandong, where it will undoubtedly be the star of the meal.
